Swallowtail butterflies are some of the most beautiful and fascinating insects in the world. They are large, colorful butterflies which include over 550 species.
Swallowtails are the frequent and most welcomed visitors in my garden. They are doing a great job pollinating flowers and are very entertaining. Their larvae usually feed on a dill herb plants and are able to completely eat the entire plant in a very short time, which is why I usually sow many additional dill plants for them to chew.
